Many of us have experienced major life transitions over the past year such as working from home, family changes, graduation or loss of loved ones.

Finding your way “home” is a journey of exploration from feeling lost to a new vision for your life after a life transition. In this 8-hour workshop (in 4 sessions) we explore the three stages of major life transition and why it’s important to go through all 3 stages mindfully. We learn about and explore grief, resilience, creating a support system that keeps supporting you, designing positive next steps and more.
